We take note of the fact that the Company has established a hotel management to take over the village rental system and market the rent of the units of the owners wishing to rent in order to raise the rental value of the units and carefully select the tenants.
The lease will be carried out through the hotel administration, where, besides marketing, it will supervise the delivery and receipt of units to tenants in accordance with the regulations set out in the approved rent regulation, which includes the maximum number of tenants of 6 members of the units 100 meters, as opposed to a percentage of the rental value.
If the tenant is recruited by the unit owner, the tenant will be handed over and received through the company for a percentage of the rental value.
